All boxes are randomly stacked as received and remain unidentifiable. They are stored in destruction date order. Our unique computer tracking system cross checks client numbers with Ardington codes and box locations before retrieving any item.

At Ardington Archives we continue to develop both paper-based and digital services for our clients. One key development is the On.line Vault which is a secure Client Area on this website where  a range of services are provided digitally.

Within the On.line Vault you can:

  • Access the Digital Retrieval System (DRS) for fast retrieval of key documents
  • Request box return
  • Order additional cartons
  • View the Knowledge area which contains useful tips and information
  • Access the Feedback Zone to leave comments, questions and criticism
