All boxes are randomly stacked as received and remain unidentifiable. They are stored in destruction date order. Our unique computer tracking system cross checks client numbers with Ardington codes and box locations before retrieving any item.

Secure Document Storage - Argonite Pods

Argonite pods - fire suppressant secure stores

Argonite pods are specially designed document stores with an additional level of fire suppression protection for your valued business records. Unlike the BS 5454 Security Vault, the argonite pod does not feature climate or temperature control.  It does, however, feature an effective and environmentally friendly argonite fire suppression system and 4-hour fire resistant walls and doors.

It is a cost effective solution for valued documents, a level above the main Document Stores but not at the premium level of the Security Vault.

It is typically used for the following types of documents:

• Critical documents (for example, pharmaceutical industry research materials)
• Personal information including deeds, wills etc
• Really important company information, legal documentation such as agreements
• HR and pension information
• ISO and other quality assurance information
