Confidentiality
All boxes are randomly stacked as received and remain unidentifiable. They are stored in destruction date order. Our unique computer tracking system cross checks client numbers with Ardington codes and box locations before retrieving any item.
High Security Document Storage
We offer three levels of high security document storage: a BS5454 Security Vault for the ultimate peace of mind when storing essential business documents; the option of Argonite pods for fire suppression protection; or our Data storage facility.
Premium Level Storage - BS5454 Security Vault
Our Security Vault has been built to BS5454 standards, including a four hour fire check and full temperature and humidity control to provide a secure facility for your sensitive and business-critical documents and many other valuable items. In addition, we have added Argonite fire suppression systems to make this the highest level of document storage security and protection.
The Security Vault at Ardington Archives stores many sensitive items that
have a high value, or require protected off-site storage, such as:
- Lab books
- Important research notes
- Blueprints
- Back-up computer discs
- Legal documents
- Valuable items
In addition to the Security Vault at the top level we have other document storage options to suit the specific needs of our clients, including:
