Once you have registered onto our On.line Vault on the Ardington website (using a secure password protected process), you can request and retrieve documents quickly and in an environmentally friendly way by using DRS to receive files digitally.

We provide our clients with a range of options to retrieve documents.
Digital Retrieval
Our main method for document retrieval is our DRS (Digital Retrieval Service) which is a fast, efficent and environmentally friendly approach that fits modern working methods. DRS ensures that you can have an electronic copy of the vital information sent securely to you at your desk.
We have created a secure area online for our clients to access a range of services, including the electronic retrieval of documents. We find the documents you need within a specified box, scan the information and upload the data into a secure client area on our website in our On.line Vault. Clients can then download the data when it suits them. Importantly, it keeps more vans off the road rather than returning full boxes in order to find the relevant documents.
DRS is faster, cheaper and more eco-friendly than sending you a full box by road.
Full Box Returns
However, some clients either need a full box returning or prefer to check the contents themselves and so we provide the option of delivering individual boxes back on a next working day service by road.
Our specially designed
archive boxes provide the environmentally friendly option that also maximise storage space.
