All boxes are randomly stacked as received and remain unidentifiable. They are stored in destruction date order. Our unique computer tracking system cross checks client numbers with Ardington codes and box locations before retrieving any item.

We provide off-site data storage facilities to protect data media. All client media is stored in a constantly monitored stable environment, our facility conforms to British standards for media storage.

We can facilitate the need for media rotation for regular backup routines and provide deep storage for items that require longer term 'static' storage.
